We are seeking to recruit an Administrator to join our busy, expanding Jersey team.

The candidate will join a team involved in the planning and coordination of planned preventative and reactive maintenance activity on the property portfolios of our government and commercial clients.

The role will predominately involve scheduling and controlling planned and reactive maintenance tasks with our engineers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out to meet the set KPIs. This will include receiving and logging calls relating mainly to commercial properties.
