What you get:
Firstly, you get paid!!! We offer competitive salaries and 25 days holidays per year. You will have the opportunity to choose up to 12 modules with the option of spending 3-6 months on each along with getting a good introduction to working in a thriving and busy business environment. We will have a dedicated supervisor allocated to you who will guide you through your programme along with having a mentor on each of the modules who will help develop you technical skills and training. There is also the opportunity to work in a variety of locations dependant on the live projects we have.
Our programme enables you to work on a 1 year rotation of our group companies for the 2 year training programme, while gaining experience of the construction industry and lifestyle. The majority of your learning will come from experience with live projects with our expert teams.
Our structured 3 year programme consists of the following:
- 12 modules to choose from with timeline of 3 or 6 months each. Maximum of 3 companies.
- Induction to business structure and culture.
- 1 year rotation of the group companies.
- Development record – through the programme
