The J3 Joint Venture Between Sir Robert McAlpine, Garenne and FES.
In February 2018, the J3 joint venture between Sir Robert McAlpine, Garenne and FES were selected as construction partner for Jersey Hospital. J3 have been appointed under a pre- construction services agreement and have been working with the client team to discharge their duties accordingly.
The J3 team are based full time in Jersey and providing guidance and support to allow the construction to progress to site in 2020.
The overall programme of the project will see the first phase completed in 2022 and completion of the clinical facilities by 2025.
With a project budget of £466m this will be Jersey’s largest capital project to date and will allow J3 to leave a lasting project legacy well beyond the 2027 overall completion date.
