Gavin Scott is a highly analytical, organised, and self-motivated individual. His willingness to learn and to develop himself is second to none. He has shown these core qualities throughout his career but it has been exemplified in the past five years as he transitioned from consulting Building Surveyor to Contractors’ Quantity Surveyor.
Camerons are committed to trainee development and stories like Gavin’s show what an individual can achieve with the right support from the employer and the right drive and application from the individual. Gavin is keen to develop his career further and the company is determined to ensure wider opportunities are made available, both in project types and in differing clients.
We are delighted that, in supporting Gavin’s choice to diversify his professional experience, Camerons have benefited from his dedication and hard work. Gavin’s approach is a fine example to all those in the company – junior and senior alike.
